Parents

Parent Support Sessions

Parenting is one of the most meaningful and rewarding roles you will assume in your life. It is also one of the most challenging, exhausting and demanding. At Rewild Play Therapy, I recognise that you as a parent are inherently an expert on your own child, holding unique insights into their needs, personality, and development that no other person can fully understand.

I work collaboratively with parents to empower you to support your child. Support sessions can be booked if your child is attending sessions at Rewild Play Therapy or if you wish to seek support without your child attending the service.

Parent support sessions offer a safe, confidential space to understand your child’s needs, gain practical parenting strategies, build relationships, and include a mix of psychoeducation around child and brain development.

Sessions can be attended by one or both parents. If you would like to book a parent support session, please get in contact here
